Responsibilities
- Act as a formal appointment‑taker across a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency and advisory engagements.
- Originate and develop new restructuring instructions through an established network of banks, asset‑based lenders (ABLs), private equity houses, and legal professionals.
- Lead complex advisory assignments, overseeing case strategy, risk management, and statutory compliance to the highest professional standards.
- Collaborate closely with the existing national Partner group to inherit and manage prominent client and introducer relationships as part of a formal succession plan.
- Drive the firm's brand presence and profile across the Manchester and wider North West corporate finance and restructuring market.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire senior managers and future leaders within the close‑knit regional team.
