Responsibilities
- Lead the day‐to‐day execution of complex leveraged finance transactions, including LBOs, acquisition financing, and refinancings.
- Oversee the preparation and rigorous review of financing materials, lender presentations, and offering memoranda.
- Drive engagement with loan and bond investors, rating agencies, and legal counsel to ensure seamless transaction delivery.
- Support senior bankers in the origination of new mandates by developing tailored financing ideas and capital structure solutions.
- Coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes and manage multi‐stakeholder Q&A sessions.
As a Vice President you will:
