Our client is a rapidly growing Top 10 firm, with aims to reach a 1000 headcount in the near future. On an acquisition streak, the firm is constantly branching out into new client sectors, widening their offering and becoming a household name. Despite their size, they maintain a mid-tier feel, with small, dedicated specialist teams, as well as a strong link between managers and their teams.
International Outsourcing Director responsibilities will include:
- Managing an outsourcing team, supporting them with their workload and training
- Managing a portfolio and building strong relationships with clients
- Providing up to date financial advice to clients
- Managing financial responsibilities including WIP, Billing and debt management
As a International Outsourcing Director you will be/have:
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Over 6 years’ post-qualified experience
- Experienced in managing a large portfolio of management accounts clients
- Demonstrate success in winning business or a willingness to do so
