Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technically complex and demanding tax advisory projects, ensuring commercial focus and technical excellence.
- Advise large UK and foreign-owned multinational corporations on international tax strategy, including expansion into new markets, M&A deal structuring, and operating model redesign.
- Help clients navigate complex global tax risks, capital structure financing, and international law changes, including BEPS and Pillar 2.
- Actively build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify and convert new business development opportunities.
- Manage engagement financial results, demonstrating strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
