Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of restructuring casework, providing commercial and innovative solutions to stakeholders.
- Lead key workstreams on large-scale projects, including Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and short-term cash flow reviews.
- Execute formal insolvency appointments and support expert witness roles where required.
- Oversee accelerated sales processes, options analysis, and contingency planning for creditors and companies.
- Actively manage departmental risk, budgets, and billing to ensure profitable and compliant service delivery.
- Drive business development activity by identifying new opportunities and presenting pitches for new assignments.
