- Take a lead on or manage the full audit lifecycle, from initial planning through to completion and final review.
- Review the work of junior colleagues and trainees, providing thoughtful feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
- Manage and prepare audit jobs to meet meaningful and realistic budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery for a varied portfolio in the SME sector.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering bespoke advice and support to help them make courageous business decisions.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified with proven experience within an external audit environment in public practice.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead audit engagements and manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
