As a Private Client Trust Senior Manager, you will:
- Take comprehensive ownership of a diverse portfolio of UK trusts and estates, serving as the primary relationship manager and trusted adviser for clients, trustees, and professional intermediaries.
- Deliver bespoke trust, inheritance tax (IHT), and broader estate planning advisory services alongside partners and directors.
- Review and oversee annual trust compliance obligations, including the precise preparation of trust tax returns, trust accounts, and routine trust administration.
- Provide active technical coaching, mentoring, and commercial guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Hold a relevant professional qualification such as CTA, STEP, or possess equivalent specialised public practice experience.
- Demonstrate significant, proven experience managing complex trusts, estates, and related tax compliance processes within a professional practice environment.
- Exhibit strong, up-to-date technical knowledge of trust taxation, inheritance tax principles, and estate administration.
- Possess excellent client management capabilities with the professional confidence to independently deliver proactive advisory solutions.
