Financial Reporting Manager – Leeds – Top 10 Firm

The firm act as a business partner, helping their clients achieve their goals, whilst materialising further goals for the future.
Financial Reporting Manager responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients as well as maintaining good relationships with them, offering a high quality service
- Reviewing Statutory financial statements, consolidation models and cash flow workings under a range of accounting frameworks including FRS 102 and IFRS
- Reviewing the work of junior members of the team and providing constructive feedback to enable the development and improvident of their technical ability
- Leading on ad hoc advisory projects for complex technical areas, reporting directly to the partner
- Identifying and developing business and sales opportunities with new and existing clients
As aFinancial Reporting Manager, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience with strong exposure to financial reporting advisory assignments
- Be experienced in working with large and complex clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
In return, as aFinancial Reporting Manager, you will receive:
- 35-hour week
- paid overtime
- 28 days holiday
- hybrid working (50% working from home)
- 8% pension
- up to 15% bonus
