About the role

We are looking for a newly qualified Auditor to join a leading audit team within a top 15 firm in Essex. Our client is known for their excellent training schemes, international links and flexible working policy.

Responsibilities

• Drive audit engagements and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior staff and enhance team performance.
• Lead client interactions and deliver exceptional service.
• Identify and resolve audit issues proactively.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Experience leading audits from planning to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff during an audit.
