Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic lead for the e-Discovery team, managing high-profile corporate investigations, forensic services projects, and general commercial litigation.
- Provide expert, high-quality strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients across all phases of the EDRM process.
- Mitigate project risk effectively by developing, implementing, and auditing detailed forensic operational procedures.
- Deliver technical assistance, training, and consultative advice to clients, translating highly complex data findings into clear, non-technical business language.
- Spearhead business development initiatives, leading client pitches, writing proposals, and expanding the firm's market footprint through targeted networking.
- Oversee and mentor a dedicated team of forensic technology specialists, fostering technical excellence and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Hold an active Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) status with extensive, hands-on platform experience.
- Demonstrate comprehensive, expert-level knowledge of the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Possess a proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale, client-facing forensic data engagements.
- Exhibit strong technical proficiency in Windows servers, Exchange, SQL, and MySQL databases.
- Utilise a deep understanding of digital forensic and eDiscovery applications, with experience in tools such as Nuix, FTK, EnCase, Clearwell, Recomind, or Concordance being highly advantageous.
- Be prepared to travel flexibly to accommodate domestic and international client-site engagements.
