Our client is a leading practice firm, and their team is growing due to the success of the business. Having had an incredibly busy 2023/24, they are looking for someone to hit the ground running, so you will need to bring strong experience with you. They are looking for candidates at Director or Partner level.
Their deal size is generally £10-100m, buy and sell side focused, and sector agnostic. The team deals with a wide variety of deals and clients, so this is a great role for someone wanting to really have the autonomy to help build out the future of the business.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Worked in M&A or TS for +6 years with a strong network.
- The capability to manage the day-to-day running of the team and their future development and the entrepreneurial drive to help grow the service line.
