Austin Rose Associates is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Associate Director (M&A) or a current Director aiming for a larger deal pipeline in London. You will support financial investors, private equity clients, and other funders while helping develop client relationships and originate new business.
You will lead a team covering M&A, management buy-outs, fundraising and refinancings, building financial models, conducting due diligence and strategic reviews to raise investments in the UK.
