  • As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager you will
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio encompassing both corporate tax compliance and advisory services for businesses ranging from owner-managed entities to large listed groups.
  • Deliver stand-alone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support, and due diligence.
  • Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members while supporting their professional development.
  • Identify and deliver advisory opportunities across complex technical areas such as R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, and capital allowances.
  • As the successful candidate you will
  • Hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Bring several years of post-qualification experience specialising in corporation tax within a professional practice environment.
  • Demonstrate strong UK tax technical skills with the ability to analyse complex queries and provide robust, practical solutions.
  • Exhibit proven project management capabilities, including monitoring budgets, meeting strict deadlines, and prioritising workloads.
