As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager you will:

  • Act as the lead technical expert for the department, delivering complex advisory projects covering international restructuring, transfer pricing, corporate interest restrictions, and creative tax reliefs.
  • Oversee the precise completion of complex corporate tax returns and manage WIP, billing, and cash collection to meet commercial targets.
  • Line manage, brief, and mentor team members, driving their career development to build a highly credible, technical unit.
  • Collaborate directly with Partners to generate advisory opportunities from existing clients and secure new business referrals.
  • Maintain strategic client care standards while liaising with audit and accounts teams to deliver a joined-up client experience.

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Hold a CTA qualification with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Possess at least 12 months of proven experience operating at Senior Manager level within a broad corporate tax portfolio.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical expertise in areas such as M&A, demergers, profit fragmentation, and R&D.
  • Bring a track record of effective delegation, team mentoring, and line management.
