As a Corporate Tax Manager you will:



  • Manage the delivery of complex corporate tax compliance and tax accounting for a diverse portfolio ranging from owner-managed businesses to large listed groups.

  • Conduct detailed technical research and deliver specialist tax advisory services, including structuring acquisitions, disposals, and transaction support.

  • Advise clients on complex technical areas such as R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, capital allowances, Substantial Shareholdings Exemption, and Controlled Foreign Companies.

  • Identify and deliver proactive tax advisory opportunities tailored to the unique goals of each client within your portfolio.

  • Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members, playing an active role in their technical and career development.


As the successful candidate you will:



  • Hold a professional accounting or tax qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CTA) with several years of post-qualification experience specialising in corporation tax.

  • Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge across complex UK tax legislation and international tax considerations.

  • Have proven project management capabilities, with the ability to manage engagement budgets, set priorities, and oversee workflow.

  • Exhibit strong coaching and mentoring skills to support the professional growth of junior staff.
