Our client is a well-established and growing accounting firm, with a rapidly expanding Corporate Finance team in Bristol. The team focuses on large corporate clients, operating on a sector agnostic basis, with typical deal sizes ranging from £10m–£80m. You will advise a broad client base including financial investors, banks, private equity houses, and owner-managed businesses, delivering high-quality M&A advisory services across the deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple M&A transactions concurrently
  • Leading scoping meetings and preparing formal reports, including clear commercial recommendations
  • Taking responsibility for larger and more complex projects, supporting Partners where required
  • Managing and developing the corporate finance team, mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • 7–10+ years’ experience in Transaction Services and/or wider Corporate Finance
  • Proven experience managing people and projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA), though exceptional candidates with strong transaction experience will be considered without this
