Our client is a modern and highly successful Multi-Partner Practice based in Norwich with a team of nearly 30 professionals. Client Manager responsibilities

  • Full management of a diverse client portfolio including individuals, sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all client queries, providing proactive business advice and identifying value‑add opportunities.
  • Planning, delegating, and reviewing the work of junior colleagues across accounts, tax, VAT, and management reporting.
  • Actively contributing to the growth of the firm through business development and the mentoring of junior staff members.

As the successful candidate you will

  • Be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience within a UK accountancy practice.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of reviewing technical work and supervising the development of junior team members.
  • Possess strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage a varied workload and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Be a confident communicator, comfortable meeting clients face‑to‑face to build long‑term professional relationships.
