This 11 Partner West End Accountancy Firm boasts an enviable list of clients, many of whom operate within the media, entertainment, and creative industries. As one of the larger firms that continues to operate as a general practitioner, they act as trusted advisors, building robust, long-standing relationships with their clients. This role is open to candidates looking for both Full-time and Part-time (3 days a week) positions.
Responsibilities- Sales and Purchase Ledger processing using cloud accounting software
- Regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Preparing accounts to trial balance stage at year-end with supporting reconciliations
- VAT and month-end reporting, including Making Tax Digital submissions
- Recognising and highlighting VAT issues to clients to ensure full compliance with relevant rules and regulations
- Offering dedicated support to clients using cloud accounting software and helping them transition from legacy systems
- Managing ad hoc client queries and providing high-level service
- Have 4 years’ experience working within a similar position in practice
- Be Xero certified
- Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Be a great team player able to work efficiently with all levels
