Responsibilities
- Support the audit function in the delivery of comprehensive end-to-end audit work across the department, ensuring strict adherence to professional standards, budgets, and deadlines.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of Audit Semi-Seniors and Assistants, promoting effective team workflow and skill development.
- Arrange, lead, and manage client audit planning meetings while coordinating with key internal stakeholders, Partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Take full ownership of the preparation of complex client audit files, drafting critical completion documents including Going Concern assessments and Key Audit Findings Reports.
- Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for nominated corporate clients during fieldwork and maintain long-term relationship momentum throughout the year.
- Manage operational compliance and firm hygiene factors, ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, and engagement letters are fully updated.
