Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively alongside senior team members and Partners to deliver high-quality, tailored private client tax planning and advisory solutions.
- Take personal ownership of a varied advisory portfolio, identifying complex tax planning opportunities and mitigating risk for high-net-worth individuals.
- Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, leading consultations, shaping strategic tax discussions, and translating complex technical jargon into actionable advice.
- Drive local business development efforts across Kent by actively participating in external networking events and building long-term referral relationships.
- Support the development and technical growth of junior staff members, providing mentoring, coaching, and work-review support to foster team capability.
- Contribute proactively to the commercial expansion of the private client service line, managing assignment workflows effectively within agreed timeframes and client budgets.
