Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality corporate tax compliance work across a diverse client portfolio, including complex corporate groups, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Take personal ownership of an allocated portfolio of work, proactively planning assignments and managing workflows within agreed commercial budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, internal teams, and HMRC on day-to-day routine matters, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Identify opportunities for specialized advisory work and support Managers and Partners by drafting advisory reports and joining key client consultations.
- Supervise, support, and review the technical output of Corporate Tax Semi-Seniors and Assistants to foster continuous internal development.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, helping to optimize workflow management across a highly skilled regional tax department of nearly 100 professionals.
