Responsibilities
- Manage an elite portfolio of clients, acting as the primary relationship lead and commercial advisor.
- Oversee accounts preparation, complex tax compliance, and comprehensive financial reporting across your team.
- Allocate workflow effectively, ensuring all tight reporting deadlines and strict quality standards are achieved.
- Review and sign off technical work, maintaining full compliance with both statutory and internal standards.
- Manage commercial operations effectively, focusing on billing, WIP, and resource allocation to support profitable delivery.
- Collaborate across specialised internal sectors, including Tax and Royalties, to ensure a seamless, joined‑up service.
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA Qualified, or equivalent
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
- Experience supervising and mentoring team members
- Strong experience working with clients within the music sector
