As a Business Advisory Manager, you will:
- Plan and manage the timely and profitable completion of a diverse portfolio of client work, including year-end accounts, management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Review the work of assistants and seniors, providing constructive feedback and coaching to foster team growth and technical development.
- Engage and consult actively with specialist teams across corporate tax, personal tax, and VAT to coordinate high-value advisory projects and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Oversee key portfolio management duties, including client onboarding, fee preparation, WIP monitoring, and debt management.
As the successful candidate you will:
