The practice is highly regarded for its collaborative culture, dedicated training structures, and clear focus on supporting its teams' professional and personal goals.

As an Audit Senior you will:

  • Lead the complete planning, fieldwork, and finalisation stages of diverse audit assignments both on-site and remotely.
  • Perform detailed risk assessments, evaluate client internal controls, and formulate appropriate technical mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise, brief, and deliver practical on-the-job training to junior team members, including Audit Semi-Seniors and Assistants.
  • Formulate detailed audit findings reports and actively participate in closing meetings with clients and partners.

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Be ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or hold an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly within a public practice audit environment.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of UK financial reporting requirements, specifically including FRS 102.
  • Have proven experience or a strong interest in delivering audit and assurance services within the Not-for-Profit sector.
