Responsibilities
- Manage a high-value client portfolio of commercial, multinational, and listed entities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely completion.
- Lead all stages of the audit process, perform comprehensive technical reviews, and directly advise partners on formal audit opinions.
- Oversee, mentor, and actively contribute to the professional development and motivation of audit teams and trainees.
- Identify new commercial opportunities from existing portfolios and support strategic business development initiatives, including networking events.
- Anticipate and resolve significant accounting issues under IFRS and FRS 102, proactively recommending practical solutions to clients.
- Spearhead critical project and special work as required, including due diligence, reporting accountant work on IPOs, litigation support, and fraud investigations.
- Assist with the operational running of the division, including resource management, trainee appraisals, and staff recruitment interviews.
