Audit Manager responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits that adhere to professional standards and meet client expectations
  • Managing the audit process, demonstrating an understanding of audit risks, complex accounting issues, and regulations
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on audit work performed by the team
  • Managing the financial and resource aspects of audit engagements, including the team’s financial performance, billing, recovery, lockup and utilisation rates

As an Audit Manager, you will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
  • Be experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for the academies and charities sector
