Job Description
Our client, an Investment Bank, are looking for a VP to join their London M&A team. This could be an Associate ready for a Junior VP role.
You will work on some of the largest mid-tier transactions, with substantial client and investor interaction. A great time to join a successful team.
Due to strong deal closures and forward pipeline, a global investment bank are looking to grow their London Consumer team at the VP level.
The firm has a strong presence across Europe with management of PE, VC, debt and wealth management.
If you're from a practice firm you'll likely be a Manager or Associate Director with Consumer deals closed in the last 2 years.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience within M&A , Top Tier Accounting firm, Investment Bank/Boutique or PE
- Good knowledge of the Consumer vertical with previous transaction experience – end to end
