Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow a dedicated portfolio generating up to £600k in revenue, ensuring exceptional service quality, technical compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Drive strategic business development by delivering industry-leading advisory solutions, winning new clients, and expanding existing accounts.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, setting clear KPIs, promoting continuous development, and optimising workload management.
- Contribute directly to strategic business planning to increase firm revenue, profitability, and market positioning.
- Serve as a senior technical authority across accounts finalisation, business advisory, personal tax, and corporate tax for the Micro and SME sectors.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, high-value relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and business owners.
