As an Accounts & Financial Reporting Assistant Manager/Manager, you will:
- Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for complex, multi-entity, and international group structures.
- Oversee detailed consolidation workings, including acquisition accounting adjustments, eliminations, and non-controlling interests.
- Provide expert technical guidance under UK GAAP and IFRS directly to clients, internal audit teams, and partners.
- Plan, supervise, and review the output of junior accounts team members while delivering targeted technical coaching.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Hold the ACA or ACCA qualification
- Demonstrate extensive technical experience in statutory accounts preparation and complex group consolidations.
- Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills for consolidation modelling, alongside working knowledge of Caseware and Xero.
