Are you seeking a role which offers full autonomy and the chance to grow a Wealth + Asset Management Tax team? Do you have practical experience advising various types of asset classes including private equity, credit funds, hedge funds and real estate? Do you have a proven track record of winning new business?

Our client who is often considered to be the most people-centric of the UKs Big 4 firms with a positive culture and a fantastic track record for promoting diversity, ethical standards and social responsibility, are seeking to recruit a Manager or Senior Manager to support their growth.

Private Capital Senior Manager responsibilities will include:

Leading the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding UK and international tax advisory projects to our clients

Driving our growth strategy in the asset management and private capital market

Creating and growing client relationships by delivering exceptional client service

Help people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff

Role in the management of the team both in terms of strategy and operations and through managing staff development and assignments.

As a Private Capital Senior Manager you will be/have:

ACA / CTA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course / Law qualification / Tax specialist qualification

Asset Management tax advisory experience within an accounting firm or law firm

The ability to motivate a team; manage, mentor and train junior staff and work with people from across the business
