As a Tax Semi-Senior you will:
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of 150 to 200 clients, ensuring all personal tax compliance deadlines are met efficiently.
- Prepare complex personal tax returns, capital gains tax returns, employee benefits compliance including P11D and PSA, and ATED returns.
- Liaise directly and professionally with clients and HM Revenue and Customs officers regarding tax compliance issues and enquiries.
- Record time accurately using relevant software and submit weekly timesheets to ensure work is completed within budget.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Bring strong previous experience in personal tax compliance or be part-qualified to ATT standard.
- Possess a good working knowledge of Personal Tax, Capital Gains Tax, ATED matters, and experience working with self-employed individuals and company directors.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of tax legislation with the ability to apply technical knowledge directly to client circumstances.
- Possess prior experience using CCH tax software packages and rental accounts.
