Tax Manager – Wealth + Asset Management – Big 4 – London
Are you a Tax Manager with tax advisory experience in asset management, including international tax fund structuring?
Our client is considered one of the most people-centric of the UK\’s Big 4 firms, with a positive culture and a strong track record in promoting diversity, ethical standards, and social responsibility.
Tax Manager responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of technically complex tax advisory projects across fund tax, international tax, UK corporation tax, UK income tax, and capital gains tax
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Overseeing team strategy and operations, including staff development and assignments
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs and other third parties, such as financial institutions, lawyers, and wealth advisory firms
As a Tax Manager, you will be/have:
- CTA qualified
- Over 5 years of tax experience, with previous advisory experience in asset management
- Comfortable managing a team and a client portfolio
- Aptitude for identifying and undertaking advisory assignments
