As a Tax Advisory Senior Manager you will: Lead and deliver complex, bespoke tax advisory projects from scoping through to delivery, with a dedicated focus on corporate restructuring, corporate groups, business succession, and exit planning.
Provide comprehensive transaction tax support, including undertaking corporate tax due diligence, designing tax-efficient acquisition structuring, and reviewing funds flows and transaction documentation.
Deliver high-level property tax advice across client developments, disposals, and refinancing structures, including advising on SDLT/LBTT/LTT implications, group reliefs, and property-specific VAT considerations.
Draft technical tax reports, HMRC clearance applications, and advice notes, collaborating directly with corporate finance, audit, and accounts service lines to identify high-value planning opportunities.
As the successful candidate you will: Hold a CTA qualification (or equivalent professional credential).
Demonstrate strong UK tax technical knowledge across corporate tax, capital taxes, and transaction tax within a public practice environment.
Possess explicit project management experience, showing the ability to handle complex M+A, restructuring, or property tax advice notes and manage competing transaction deadlines autonomously.
