Responsibilities As a Semi Senior Accountant you will: Complete full accounts preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Prepare and submit corporate and personal tax returns for individuals and businesses, liaising directly with HMRC when required.

Produce regular management accounts and detailed financial reports ahead of key client meetings.

Assist with comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, including posting invoices, complex bank reconciliations, and VAT returns.

Reconcile accounts, meticulously review ledgers, and identify financial discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Support senior team members in managing client portfolios, handling ad-hoc queries, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.

Assist with the training and mentoring of junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What You+rsquo; ll Receive 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. 2 gifted days of annual leave during the Christmas office closure.

Option to purchase up to 5 additional days of annual leave.

Flexible working arrangements with core hours of 10:00am +ndash; 4:00pm.
