Do you enjoy helping businesses deliver their goals? Working with a wide range of clients, primarily owner-managed and SME businesses, across various sectors? We’re looking for an Accounts and Outsourcing Manager for our client - a multi-award winning Top 10 Practice, part of a global network of 1000 offices in over 100 countries.
As an Outsourcing Manager you will be/have:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
- Manage day-to-day team operations, support senior colleagues
- Review of statutory financial statements, financial reporting for various entities, corporate tax services, and ad-hoc advisory work
- Contribute to strategic growth, coach junior staff, and support business development and commercial performance
Our work spans UK GAAP and IFRS frameworks, including financial statement preparation and advisory projects. In this challenging and rewarding role you'll also:
- Service clients
- In addition to accounting capabilities, you will have a rounded business knowledge, be able to analyse client data, make recommendations and talk credibly to clients on the issues they face
- Identify and develop business and sales opportunities with new and existing clients
- Scope new projects and construct accurate fee proposals and budgets
- Contribute to and support delivery of the team’s strategic growth plan
Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
