Responsibilities
- Running a varied personal tax portfolio and supporting a Client Director with all aspects of client care, including compliance, billing, and quoting for new services
- Managing personal tax work including complex compliance and technical advisory within specified budget timescales
- Assisting with the training and development of junior team members, acting as a technical mentor within the tax department
- Handling diverse technical matters including Trust tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Inheritance Tax, with an optional 30% accounts split available
Qualifications
- CTA or ACA (or ACCA and STEP) qualified
- Over 5 years' Personal Tax experience
- Experience working on your own portfolio of clients consisting of directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, HNWIs, landed estates, non-UK domiciled individuals and non-resident clients
- Experience delivering personal tax advisory
