Outsourcing Assistant Manager – Top 10 Firm – Reading

Outsourcing Assistant Manager responsibilities include:
- Reviewing monthly/quarterly management accounts and analyzing business performance
- Reviewing VAT returns, identifying and flagging issues to a manager
- Reviewing bookkeeping work, including purchase, sales, and general ledger entries for various clients, including larger, more complex groups
- Managing chargeable time and charge-out rates to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budgets
- Training junior staff on accounts software and critical processes
As an Outsourcing Assistant Manager, you will be/have:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Over 18 months post-qualified experience reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments
- First point of contact for a portfolio of management accounts clients
- Ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
