Responsibilities
- Full preparation and review of VAT returns for a variety of complex clients.
- Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts to provide key financial insights.
- Preparation of year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Drafting of corporation and income tax computations.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients to resolve technical queries.
- Driving internal efficiencies by promoting best practice and cloud-software integration.
As an Outsourcing and Accounts Senior you will:
- Mentor and support the development of junior trainees, identifying and bridging knowledge gaps.
- Utilise advanced accounting suites including Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage to streamline client reporting.
- Work closely with Managers and Directors to deliver high-quality outsourcing solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of changing UK legislation to ensure client compliance.
- Build and manage professional relationships, providing a proactive service to your portfolio.
