The specialist Restructuring, Advisory + Insolvency practice provides partner-led solutions across fraud investigations, distressed regulated financial services, trading administrations, and complex liquidations, offering a highly visible platform where senior leaders directly impact corporate growth.
Responsibilities- Act as a formal appointment-taker across a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency and advisory engagements.
- Originate and develop new restructuring instructions through an established network of banks, asset-based lenders (ABLs), private equity houses, and legal professionals.
- Lead complex advisory assignments, overseeing case strategy, risk management, and statutory compliance to the highest professional standards.
- Collaborate closely with the existing national Partner group to inherit and manage prominent client and introducer relationships as part of a formal succession plan.
- Drive the firm’s brand presence and profile across the Manchester and wider North West corporate finance and restructuring market.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire senior managers and future leaders within the close-knit regional team.
- 25 days annual leave (with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days).
- 8% employer pension contribution.
- Hybrid working pattern allowing for 2–3 days of remote working per week.
