UK/US Tax Manager/Senior Manager responsibilities will include:
- Manage a large client portfolio, delegating work to junior staff while ensuring assignments are completed efficiently and to firm standards before senior review.
- Apply and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of US tax legislation, providing technical guidance and resolving complex client issues.
- Support team development by mentoring junior staff, monitoring performance, and addressing challenges in their work and progression.
- Contribute to team growth through technical input, drafting guidance, and assisting with client pitches and business development efforts.
