Transaction Tax Manager / Senior Manager responsibilities will include:
- Leading on complex tax due diligence, structuring and advisory projects.
- Running bolt-on and standard due diligence work with autonomy, while taking on more complex deals alongside senior leaders.
- Reviewing and coaching junior team members.
- Contributing ideas to improve our approach, tools and ways of working.
- Leading, supporting and inspiring peers.
As a Transaction Tax Manager / Senior Manager you will be/have:
- ACA or CTA qualified.
- Over 5 years’ Deals Tax Experience including:
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients dealing with compliance and advisory.
- Experience on projects, actively seeking opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services.
