Responsibilities
- Lead the hands‑on delivery and execution of high‑quality internal audit, assurance, and risk advisory engagements.
- Undertake critical risk assessments and systems or controls testing to identify operational vulnerabilities and efficiencies.
- Evaluate complex audit evidence and interpret technical data sets to form clear, well‑reasoned, and data‑driven conclusions.
- Draft precise, high‑impact audit reports and present practical, tailored risk‑mitigation recommendations directly to client management.
- Act as a senior point of contact on site, managing client relationships professionally and managing delivery timescales effectively.
- Support, mentor, and coach junior team members, reviewing their workstreams to foster a high‑performing team environment.
- Collaborate closely with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners to optimise engagement workflows and quality.
- Challenge existing processes constructively, bringing proactive ideas to enhance audit methodologies and client outcomes.
- Utilise advanced data analytics and modern AI testing tools to drive innovation and technical precision across your portfolio.
