As a Senior Accountant you will:
- Manage the preparation and completion of statutory accounts from planning through to completion for a varied client portfolio.
- Prepare corporation tax returns, review VAT work, and provide practical support on day-to-day accounting matters.
- Review the work of junior team members, providing coaching, feedback, and technical guidance.
- Assist managers and partners with portfolio management, client service delivery, and ad hoc advisory assignments.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with several years of experience working within a UK accountancy practice.
- Demonstrate strong technical experience preparing statutory accounts for owner-managed businesses across a range of sectors.
- Possess confidence in preparing corporation tax computations and reviewing VAT returns.
