As an International Corporate Tax Manager, you will:

  • Manage the execution and delivery of technically complex transaction tax projects across the full deal lifecycle, including structuring, buy/sell-side due diligence, fund flows, and SPA reviews.
  • Advise major multi-national clients on complex international tax regimes and cross-border structuring techniques, translating intricate tax legislation into practical, commercial business solutions.
  • Partner with sector-leading Partners to proactively pursue business development opportunities and convert market leads into successful client engagements.
  • Play a significant role in the operational management of the team, guiding strategy and driving people initiatives for junior staff development and assignments.

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Hold a recognized professional qualification (ACA, CA, Law qualification, or an equivalent advanced tax specialist designation).
  • Demonstrate a strong background in UK or international corporate tax advisory, either from a professional services practice or a major in-house corporate tax team.
  • Possess a proven track record of supervising, coaching, and mentoring junior team members to support their technical and professional progression.
  • Exhibit a commercial, client-focused mindset with the capability to identify and proactively convert corporate value-add opportunities.
