Responsibilities
- Assisting in business development opportunities by winning work through new and existing clients
- Actively encourage peers to develop and build on firms’ commercial proposition to clients
- Managing the delivery of International Tax Advisory services including but not limited to M&A Deal Structuring, Pre + Post transaction services, Expansion into new markets and supporting clients on tax controversy
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience working in Corporate Tax, with proven exposure to some advisory experience
- Ideally one of the following qualifications: ATT / CTA / ACA / CA
