Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and deliver a broad range of complex public sector, corporate, and not-for-profit internal audit engagements.
- Report directly to the local Internal Audit Director to deliver high-quality risk, control, and governance advisory services.
- Oversee team performance, monitor engagement budgets, and negotiate fee structures across your assignment portfolio.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on sector best practice and operational objectives.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s internal audit footprint across key sectors in the West Midlands.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, playing an active role in recruitment as the practice grows.
