As a Business Services Senior you will:
- Complete draft financial statements and corporate tax computations for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, preparing them for efficient management review.
- Deliver key day-to-day client accounting services, including preparing management accounts, handling bookkeeping assignments, and producing VAT returns.
- Assist with the formal filing of financial statements and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
- Identify and raise appropriate, technical queries during the accounts preparation process to collaborate closely with Assistant Managers and Managers.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Be fully professional accounting qualified (AAT, ICAS, ACCA, ACA) or be Qualified by Experience (QBE), paired with a valid UK driving licence.
- Possess proven experience working in an accounts production capacity within a professional accountancy practice.
- Exhibit strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and perform reliably under strict deadlines.
- Demonstrate a collaborative mindset, working as a dedicated team player keen to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
