Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a substantial client portfolio, taking a higher level of direct responsibility while overseeing your team's portfolios and guiding structural workflow planning.
  • Manage a comprehensive portfolio of audit clients alongside overseeing the preparation of complex accounts and corporation tax computations or returns for limited companies.
  • Provide practical advice on complex regulatory matters, ensuring total compliance with GAAP, VAT regulations, UK law, and the core principles of good governance.
  • Collaborate directly with local partners on ad hoc projects while steering departmental work planning, conducting appraisals, and providing technical guidance to support junior staff development.

Qualifications

  • Hold a full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive, working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Possess significant experience managing and auditing clients across a variety of industry sectors.
  • Have proven experience coaching, mentoring, and directly managing junior team members throughout their professional training.
