Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare complex client assignments, proactively identifying issues and engineering high-value accounting solutions.
- Review regular management accounts, VAT returns, and statutory financial statements under alternate GAAPs before final reporting.
- Provide clear daily leadership, mentorship, and work planning for a dedicated team of junior staff, optimising delivery schedules.
- Manage commercial budgets, billing procedures, charge-out rates, and the overall financial recovery metrics for your portfolio.
- Facilitate high-level client meetings using diagnostic open-ended questions to identify long-term target aspirations and KPIs.
