Responsibilities
- Act as the key Relationship Manager for a designated portfolio of clients, leading client meetings independently and managing all commercial aspects including raising and approving fees.
- Authorise and sign off statutory accounts, non-statutory financial statements, and tax returns where legally acceptable.
- Establish and monitor formal performance objectives and departmental KPIs for all direct reports, directly managing their long-term career development.
- Spearhead local business development initiatives, proactively building a network of professional contacts to generate new client opportunities and cross‑refer firm-wide services.
Qualifications
- Hold a full professional accounting qualification (ICAS, ICAEW, or ACCA) paired with a valid UK driving licence.
